This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation.
Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

FOOTBALL COACH TRAININGS
ALL FOOTBALL COACHES (HEAD AND ASSISTANT) MUST COMPLETE AND PASS THE COURSES LISTED BELOW
COACHING YOUTH FOOTBALL - THE AYF WAY
New Coaches that have not taken the course must complete the $24.95 Course
Coaches who have previously taken the course must complete the $16.95 Re-certification Course
You Must Print The Completion Certificate and include with Coaches Paperwork at Book Certification

Concussion/Brain injury plan for football and cheer

Coaches should complete the National Alliance for Youth Sports Concussion Training Video every 2 years with documents being saved for 15 by association!
When you create your account with NAYS please make sure your add Marlboro Township American Youth Football as your affiliation.
It is crucial that you know the material in these courses so please take your time reviewing the material.
Once all are courses are complete, you will bring the printed certificates to one of our Paperwork Night events at the same time your child's paperwork will be submitted.
Cheer Coach Trainings
All Head coaches must take the following course:
1. Coaching Youth Cheer: The AYC Way
New Coaches that have not taken the course must complete the $24.95 Course
Coaches who have previously taken the course must complete the $16.95 Re-certification Course
